2019 UCLA CHIPS Workshop
The Center for Heterogeneous Integration and Performance Scaling (CHIPS) is pleased to announce the 2019 UCLA CHIPS Workshop held at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 from 8:00am to 6:30pm.
This year's workshop will feature keynote presentations from DARPA, IBM, ARM Limited, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Cerebras Systems, and will highlight UCLA CHIPS research efforts since the previous workshop in 2017. The keynote talks will set the tone for poster sessions sponsored by Analog Bits and panel discussions on the topics of Heterogeneous Integration, Flexible Hybrid Electronics, Fan-Out Wafer Level Processing, and Neuromorphic Computing with an optional lab tour scheduled at the end of the day.
Space is limited, so please register at your earliest convenience. Government rates are available for those that qualify and may be arranged by contacting us directly.
If you would like to present a poster, instructions are posted on the "Posters" button and please indicate so on your registration form. Students working in this area are encouraged to attend and present posters.
